Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm unless notification is sent to customers extending this time. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders and reserve the right to select any carrier other than specified by the customer during checkout: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information if possible. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. If you have any questions about our rate calculations, please contact us.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns & Replacements

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase and you must have prior approval from Left Coast Raw, LLC (LCR). LCR will provide you with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #) which must be included on the returned item in writing.

  1. Please email or call to request a refund and we will assign you an ARN number if approved.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt emailed to you.

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include food or appliances. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Food items cannot be exchanged. If your apparel item is in like new condition, you may exchange the item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.


Customers are encouraged to place all orders through our website. In situations where this not possible, customers can call for over the phone orders. We reserve the right to add a one-time Over The Phone handling charge up to $10 per order. Orders can also be purchased inside our Instant Shake Delivery program which will automatically place recurring orders.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment in the following forms of payment in US currency only: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Money Order/Personal Check (Both require prior approval.). Money Orders or personal checks are not available for the Instant Shake Delivery Program. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order or on any specified recurring ordering date (see Delivery Program Terms for more details with recurring orders) If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason within 60 days from processing your funds, your payment will be refunded.

Prices is subject to change at anytime without notice. The pricing is an USD only.

Only one promotion can be used by a customer on a particular order.

Instant Shake Delivery Program

In addition to all other policies, listed below are more policies related to the Instant Shake Delivery Program.

Minimum Lifespan
All delivery program orders are required to have a minimum of duration of 3 months or 3 order cycles. An order cycle is the number of repeat orders stemming from an initially purchased subscription.

Following the second order-cycle, any recurring orders can only be return for manufacturing or delivery defects. Customers are required to cancel any subscription 7 days before it is scheduled to be re-processed in order not to be charged.

Up-to-Date Information
Customers are required to maintain their billing & payment card information inside their account. In the event that this information expires, Left Coast Raw reserves the right to charge a $10 reinstating fee to reprocess the order.

Delivery Program Adjustments
Customers are allowed to change items, quantity, delivery address, and payment information of any recurring order within 7 days of the schedule reordering point last determined.

Pausing Delivery Program
Customers are allowed to pause their delivery program after the first three months or three order cycles up to 2 consecutive times within any given year. Pause means to skip a cycle.

Privacy & Security

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your: Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email Address, and Credit Card Information

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing and pay affiliate referral commissions.

How Is My Information Used?
Your information is used to fill your order, send you occasional promotional information, and/or maintain future delivery program orders. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE without your consent.

Security and Storage
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data if you are making a one-purchase from our website. If you join our recurring delivery program in any manner, your credit card information will be stored with our third-party subscription e-commerce provider - Subscribe Pro, Inc. By joining or participating in any recurring purchases from Left Coast Raw’s website, you agree to also be bound to Subscribe Pro’s terms and conditions.

Cookies and Browser
Information Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
